High-speed machine vision - compact and versatile
The PV200 Imagechecker series is characterized by a high degree of flexibility and performance. Numerous checkers make this system a reliable, universal tool for machine vision. The digital Camera LinkR interface guarantees trouble-free image transmission. On top of that, a variety of interfaces simplify integrating the system into your existing facility, old or new. The PV200MC is reasonably priced yet offers much, e.g. the ability to run two monochrome, 0.3MP cameras in parallel.
Sunny times for the LF-G relay
The LF-G relay is Panasonic's most successful switching device for solar inverters. In order to comply with the new IEC 62109 standard, the contact gap has been increased from 1.5mm to 1.8mm.
The LF-G relay's success in the solar market results from high switching performance (up to 31A/250VAC), compact size, low coil holding power, and attractive pricing. The new standard for solar inverters IEC 62109 prescribes wider contact gaps depending on the input voltage on the DC side, which is 1000VDC in most installations.
GX-M series cylindrical inductive sensors for a variety of applications
With its GX-M series, Panasonic Electric Works has introduced a family of cylindrical proximity sensors for standard applications to the market. Users have 4 types with a total of 30 variations at their disposal:
3-wire shielded type in the sizes M8, M12, M18 and M30; 3-wire non-shielded type in the sizes M12, M18 and M30; 2-wire standard type in the sizes M8, M12, M18 and M30; 2-wire long-range type in the sizes M8, M12, M18 and M30
The new, powerful GT32-E touch terminal for outdoor applications
With its new compact GT32-E touch terminal, Panasonic Electric Works is once again setting new standards for applications for human machine interfaces under difficult temperature conditions. The panel has a 5.7", 4096-color TFT display (QVGA) and can be used outdoors within a temperature range of -20°C to +60°C. Luminosity is 700cd/m2, although the legibility of complex displays is guaranteed, even in direct sunlight. Because project design is flexible with the GT32-E, it is well suited to the demands placed on automation products, especially for automatic washing devices as well as charging stations for electrical and industrial floor-borne vehicles.
VSSOP PhotoMOS - Expanded portfolio
Panasonic has expanded its portfolio for the new VSSOP series.
The miniature VSSOP package reduces space requirements on the circuit board by another 29% to just 4.6mm2 compared to SON, the smallest package available until recently. The new housing's vertical design makes basic dimensions of just 2.2 x 2.1 x 2.9mm (L x W x H) possible, following the trend of relentless miniaturization.
CY-100 series: universal and inexpensive cylindrical photoelectric sensors
The cylindrical shape of the CY-100 photoelectric sensor series from Panasonic Electric Works as well as the many models in which the sensors are available make them well suited to handle a multitude of tasks. The sensor was designed to be used in industrial environments; the user can choose among the following types:
