The PV310 software offers the most comprehensive options of all our compact systems. The aim of this development was, despite the wide range of functions, to maintain operation as simple as possible and minimize set-up costs.

The clear menu, numerous help functions and configuration with a handy keypad makes operation easy even for inexperienced users. Several options are available for documentation, such as e.g. storage of images/data on a CompactFlash card, transmission via Ethernet or the free project management program AXTOOL.

The Calculation menu enables the calculation of all measured results. Basic calculations, trigonometrical functions and various special functions simplify even comprehensive evaluations.
Thanks to the numerous logical links, an additional PLC is not always required.

Set-up made easy

A large part of overall costs in compact systems is due to commissioning and subsequent optimizations. It is therefore important to keep the configuration of the system as simple as possible. The ingenious user interface makes configuration easier even for inexperienced users. In addition, there are various help functions available:

Settings assistants indicate, e.g. the best screen, grey value trend or the states of the inputs/outputs.
Important parameters (e.g. thresholds) are determined by an automatic system.
A clear user interface, a user-defined screen, semi-transparent selection menus are just some examples of the clever interface design.
Password protection prevents unauthorized access.
Multi-language menus enable set-up in your mother tongue.

Comprehensive documentation options

In quality assurance, clear documentation of checking results is just as important as 100% checking. The PV310 therefore offers several options to store settings, measured values or images.

The integrated statistics display important parameters during the process.
Images are stored in real time and thousands of images, measured values or projects can be stored on a CompactFlash card.
A free project management program helps in adminstrating backups and enables access to the PV310.
Images can be transmitted via Ethernet during evaluations.
