PD60 Characteristics

All-in-one system
Lighting, lens, processing functions and interfaces are integrated in one compact device.

Compact, space-saving solution

Excellent reading reliability
In particular, needled codes and codes on metallic surfaces are not easy to process. Thanks to its automatic lighting adjustment and numerous filter functions, the PD60 itself can read these difficult markings. This makes the device especially well suited for reading codes marked directly on the product

Code recognition even under the most severe conditions

Industrial-grade design

We know the standards for systems used in rough industrial environments. The PD60 is designed accordingly. An IP67G* metal housing and rugged, sealed connectors provide optimal protection.

Durable, water- and oil-resistant equipment for industrial environments

Picture transfer and storage in real time
PDTool allows inspection results and pictures to be read out and stored in PD60 in real time. This is useful for setup and/or documentation purposes.

Documentation of errors and quality control made easy

Easy installation
The PD60 can be installed as easily as a photoelectric sensor. Lighting, lens and processor are integrated in the compact, oil-resistant IP67G* housing. During installation, two LED guide lights indicate the correct distance to the code. When the two beams intersect to form one point, the distance is correct.

Easy, time-saving setup

Long-range type available (200mm reading distance)
Increased reading distance means a high degree of flexibility with respect to machine design.

Can be mounted nearly anywhere in the system
