Panasonic's award winning UV curing system, Aicure UJ20, is now available in Europe.
This little power pack is an LED curing system that quickly hardens UV-sensitive resins such as adhesives, ink and coatings. Its cutting edge LED technology yields a curing intensity of up to 8000 mW/cm2 (!) and is especially suited for precise, high-intensity curing. In addition, UJ20 offers several other advantages resulting from our years of experience and close customer contact in the curing industry.
A clear highlight is the impressively compact UJ20 controller (80x130x145mm), which can be equipped with up to 4 independently controlled LED heads. An assortment of LED head lenses as well as numerous cables of various lengths allow you to adapt the curing spot size to the requirements of your individual application. With a minimum lifetime of 20.000 (!) hours, our LEDs ensure reliable and durable processing. To provide our customers with maximum flexibility in configuring the system, you can choose between the complimentary, user-friendly PC software or the controller's well designed front panel. Last but not least, because LEDs use far less energy than conventional UV lamps, the UJ20 is ecological.
Rest assured, Aicure UJ20 will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of your production line. Here are the most important benefits at a glance:
- Significantly lower running costs compared to conventional devices with UV lamps
- Flexibility through adjustable irradiation
- Short irradiation time, i.e. high tact frequency
- Long work distances
- Wide irradiation areas
- Flexibility of virtually four independent curing devices in one
- High-precision curing at low temperatures
- Easy, cost-saving installation
- Suitable for installation on moving parts
- Even objects very sensitive to thermal exposure, e.g. thin plastic parts, can be cured
- Efficient curing also below the resin surface
- Consistent curing quality, easily reproduced
- Safe and durable operation
- Clean operation. No exhaust needed.
- UV irradiation can be switched on and off frequently without concern
